Jonathan Mozenter is the principal and senior consultant of
Mozenter Consulting. Jonathan works in the areas of
organizational effectiveness and management consulting and
consistently satisfies his clients with measurable results.
Prior to Mozenter Consulting, Jonathan worked as an
internal consultant at Fidelity Investments and Partners Healthcare.
He worked as an external consultant with Mitchell and Company as a
research associate. Jonathan has spent the past four years diligently
working as a co-founder and co-director of "The Learning Group," a
local Massachusetts chapter of the Organizational Development Network
with 400 members. One of Mr. Mozenter's other accomplishments includes
managing a ten-person market research company called Anchor Network,
which focuses on the film industry.
Mr. Mozenter's work focuses on organizational assessment and
solutions, facilitation, coaching, project management, and business
analysis (market research and benchmarking). Jonathan measured top
strategic learning and training needs for Partners Healthcare via a
corporate-wide learning and training strategic needs assessment.
Jonathan successfully collaborated with the VP of Technology at Vialog,
a communications company, to improve his relationships with co-workers
through the use of 360-feedback and coaching. He facilitated monthly
steering committee meetings of a professional group for organizational
development practitioners resulting in strategic planning and implementation
of group programs.
For a Boston based Internet software company, he completed an in-depth
analysis of potential new competitors and clients. Mr. Mozenter also managed
a team of ten people in the surveying of 500 portfolio managers and research
analysts resulting in the identification of potential investors, stock price
drivers, and new strategies for clients in medical instruments, paper,
chemical, and aluminum industries.
Mr. Mozenter earned his BSBA from Boston University with a focus in
organizational behavior and a minor in psychology. He received his MBA
from the Graduate School of Management at Boston University with a focus
on organizational development. His coursework included an independent
study, which culminated with a research paper on the future trends in
organizational development. As co-director of "The Learning Group,"
Jonathan designed and facilitated several experiential learning programs
on change management, process consultation, appreciative inquiry, systems
thinking, team building and organizational assessment.
